2. Cut out ghost shapes out of cupcake liners
Next, cut three white cupcake liners to make ghost shapes and add the curvy border along the bottom of the ghost. My toddler just turned 3 so I cut both the fence pieces and ghosts for her, but older children can do these steps on their own.
3. Glue ghosts onto fence posts, add eyes, draw mouths and cheeks
Glue the ghosts onto the fence posts. Add the finishing details to the ghosts by gluing on wiggly eyes, drawing on a mouth with a black marker and using a red/pink crayon to add those cute, rosy cheeks.
