Supplies you will need:
sponges marker scissors white cardstock paper paper plates paint (colors of your choice) googly eyes metallic markers glue
Directions:
1. Cut out different sponge shapes
2. Lay out sponges in robot designs
3. Dab sponges onto paint and press them onto cardstock paper to make robots
4. Add eyes, draw antennaes, arms, mouth and wheels
Let your creativity go wild and decorate your robots however you like. My preschooler decided to add details around her robots too. Adding the robot details is great for preschoolers, not only in using their creativity, but it’s great for pre-writing skills with holding the markers and drawing lines, circles, rectangles and shapes.
